FUNDRAISING PROGRAM

Possibly one of the most successful programs that the Harrisburg Senators have to offer is our Fundraising Program.  The Senators have helped local schools, youth athletic organizations and charities raise thousands of dollars through our program. It works, quite simply, because everyone wins!

Here’s how it works...first, we sit with you and pick out a game that works best for your organization. Then, we take our Reserved Seats or General Admission Seats and we allow your cause to sell them to whoever you want. Of course parents, families and friends are the main target, but we’ve had organizations take it to the streets as well.  Chances are many of them were planning to come out to a Senators game anyway!   For every ticket that you sell, you get to keep a portion of the proceeds for your organization.

The best part of the whole deal is that it’s simple. We take care of all of the hassle. We print up the information sheets and bring them to you – all you have to do is distribute them and promote the event.

From there, there are two ways it can be handled.

1. Your organization distributes information and promotes the night and then collects the ticket orders. A Senators staff member will work with you to distribute the tickets.

2. Your organization distributes information and promotes the night and your supporters can order tickets via phone, fax or walk-in to the Senators office. We fill the orders. We can then mail the tickets for a postage fee or the person can pick them up in person at Will Call or at the Senators Office (in advance of the game.)

We’ll also work with you to create a fun night. First of all, everyone from your organization will be seated together at the game. We’ll also welcome your group via Public Address and Video board announcement during the game. We can even have your group join the Senators on the field before the game!

In addition to your outing, your organization can sell Harrisburg Senators programs at the game and keep a portion of the proceeds!  The Senators will make PA Announcements before and during the game to create fan awareness for your group.  Also, the top selling group of the season will receive an additional $200 courtesy of the Senators!
